In this week’s brief episode, I will be sharing some of the tips I used recently to handle conflict on a team that I’ve been collaborating with. The workplace is one of the environments in our life where we have to effectively interact with people that may have different perspectives than our own. While the beauty of this may be the diversity and creative collaboration that can occur, these differences can sometimes lead to conflict.
